Mannheimer Swartling elects new partners

Mannheimer Swartling is pleased to announce the election of Azadeh Razani, Joel Mårtensson and Niklas Hagbard as new partners, with effect from 1 January 2018.

The newly elected partners

Azadeh Razani
is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Dispute Resolution practice group and is based in the firm's office in Stockholm. She advises clients in all stages of a dispute – from the early case assessments and claim letters to settlement negotiations and proceedings before Swedish courts and Swedish and international arbitral tribunals.

Azadeh joined the firm in 2007 and is a member of the Swedish Bar Association. She has an LL.M. degree from the University of Stockholm.

Joel Mårtensson is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Environment practice group and is based in the firm's office in Stockholm. He advises clients in a wide range of environmental matters. His practice includes advising clients in environmental permit applications and risk assessments in transactions. Joel also works with product compliance related matters.

Joel joined the firm in 2007 and is a member of the Swedish Bar Association. He has an LL.M. degree from the University of Uppsala and has studied law at RGGU in Moscow.

Niklas Hagbard
is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Corporate Taxation practice group and is based in the firm's office in Stockholm. He advises clients in a wide range of taxation matters and represents tax payers in court proceedings and in advanced tax rulings. His practice includes e.g. advising clients on taxation issues in connection with the sale of companies and real estate, restructuring, private equity and financing.

Niklas joined the firm in 2007 and is a member of the Swedish Bar Association. He has an LL.M. degree from the University of Stockholm.
