The song, entitled Young, handsome & fast, reflects the band’s unmistakable sound style and does not disappoint the fans of the band or skiing; if official World Championships songs had their own medal race, Young, handsome & fast would surely have made the podium.

Teddybears, formerly known as Teddybears Stockholm, consists of Patrik Arve and brothers Joakim and Klas Åhlund. The band with a cult-like following has scored a number of hits, such as Cobrastyle, Hey Boy and Hiphopper, and worked together with a number of international stars, are some of the most unique performing artists in Sweden.

Speaking about cooperation; Teddybears are working with Rakel (artist name for the local Åre singer and former skier Julia Johansson) to cooperate on the official song.

Teddybears will be performing at the Åre 2019 Medals Plaza on Tuesday 5 February at 19.00 CET but will already visit Åre on 15 December when they will play at Night Club Bygget. The official Åre 2019 song will be released in mid-January 2019.
