WhistleB opens Helsinki hub


Whistleblowing services company WhistleB today announced the opening of its new Helsinki office, reinforcing its service hub in Scandinavia and with a particular focus on to excel in customer experiences.

The company has seen rapid growth during recent years, in particular in its Scandinavian home markets. It now has customers in more than 150 countries and its WhistleB whistleblowing service was recently made available on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace worldwide.

“We have always been driven by providing the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction, and our new colleagues in our new office will help us retain this through our expansive growth,” says Gunilla Hadders, one of WhistleB’s co-founders.

WhistleB’s whistleblowing service helps customers allow their employees and other stakeholders to sound the alarm about unethical business behaviour, such as corruption, discrimination, harassment or environmental hazards. Its front-end is simple, but it has a robust Communication tool and Case management that enables anonymous reporting, dialogue with an anonymous whistleblower, and structured and confidential follow up.

“Simplicity for customers is at the heart of our system. It should be simple for customers to implement it, and simple for their users to learn how to use it. That’s why we put the hard work into matters like compliance, data security and usability, so our customers don’t have to. Our new customer relations team in Helsinki will focus on making sure we continue to build effective processes and structures in line with our customer needs,” Gunilla Hadders explained.

The service is compliant with national relevant data protection regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Data Regulation (GDPR).
