APCOA PARKING Sverige förvärvar XPERT Parkering

APCOA PARKING Sverige AB (APCOA) har förvärvat det svenska parkeringsbolaget XPERT Parkering AB (XPERT). XPERT hanterar 40 000 parkeringsytor, främst belägna i Region Skåne.
“Det här förvärvet kombinerar styrkorna hos två kunniga företag och sammanför två starka ledningsgrupper vars kompetenser kompletterar varandra. Därför är sammanslagningen ett självklart steg mot att expandera och ytterligare befästa vår position som den ledande europeiska aktören inom parkerings- och mobilitetsservice”, säger Philippe Op de Beeck, VD för APCOA PARKING Group.
Förra året förvärvades parkeringsbolagen irländska NCPS och danska Onepark A/S av APCOA PARKING Group. Med förvärvet av XPERT förstärker svenska APCOA sin position på den svenska marknaden och skapar en plattform för vidare tillväxt.
