Toppan Merrill, a subsidiary of Toppan Leefung Pte. Ltd. and part of Toppan Inc., the world's leading printing group, announced JoAnn Kern as the company’s president.

Jeffrey Riback, who has served as President since 2012, has retired. Riback will retain a position on the Toppan Merrill board.
