Sylvamo förvärvar Nymölla Bruk
Sylvamo (NYSE: SLVM), världens pappersföretag, slöt i måndags ett avtal om att förvärva Stora Ensos bruk för obestruket papper i Nymölla, Sverige, för 150 miljoner euro. Bruket, de starka varumärkena som det producerar och teammedlemmarna som driver och stödjer anläggningen är nu officiellt en del av Sylvamo.

Det integrerade bruket har två massalinjer och kapacitet att producera cirka 500 000 ton obestruket papper på två pappersmaskiner. Bruket producerar flera varumärken, inklusive Multicopy, och papper som används för kontorsutskrifter, affärsformulär, digitaltryck, offset för tryckning av böcker och mycket mer.
