Retirement ceremony H&M All In
23.2.2023 22:25:00 CET | Gothenburg Horse Show | Pressmeddelande

The curtain rose in Scandinavium and now it falls one final time in the same place – coming full circle
Once upon a time, "Allan" aka H&M All In presented himself to the Swedish audience in Scandinavium through a stunning victory in the Gothenburg Trophy 2015. It was the start of a glorious career, for Peder Fredricson it is a decade with the completely unique horse that will be retiring where it once began, the curtain comes down one final time.
How do you feel when you retire “Allan”in Scandinavium in front of an audience that loves and has loved every step "Allan" he has taken throughout his entire career?
- There are mixed feelings. I will miss steering towards an obstacle, miss his power when he jumps, the intelligence he has in his jump. I will miss having such a horse in competition, of course I will. But, that's also why I'm retiring him now – I really want to remember him at his best, I want to remember the feeling that I'll miss and I want everyone to remember him the same way.
- I am very happy that I had these ten years, that he has really come into his own, that he received these medals and had such a career. And, that he can finish on top and be acknowledged here in Gothenburg. That way, I do it with joy.
- I would like nothing more when I buy a horse for it to have a career like this, to be able to be developed in this way, but it is completely unique, nothing could have turned out better than it really did.
When asked if he will be moved to tears, Peder answers:
- No, I don't think so, but it's not that sad for me. "Allan" is still with us, he finishes on top, he is not injured– no this is not sad.
- I can't promise that I won't get a little moist in the eyes, after all, maybe.
As the icing on the cake, H&M All In enters the Gothenburg Horse Show's own Hall of Fame, and what could be more fitting than a horse with such great success right here in the city.
