InsituCore™ Foaming Core Technology är en familj av enkomponentsmaterial som är ett aktiveras genom värme i skum. Materialet genererar internt tryck för att skapa lätta och starka nätformade 3D-delar i en enkel, ren och kostnadseffektiv process.
Materialskummet InsituCore™ placeras i ett uppvärmt verktyg för att fylla formhålan och bilda nätformade delar utan tidskrävande bearbetningsprocesser eller autoklavutrustning. Till skillnad från traditionella tillverknings- och bearbetningsmetoder som flytande hartslayups, delad gjutning och blåsgjutning, möjliggör dessa material snabbare produktionscykler, minskat avfallsmaterial och optimerade produktionsprocesser genom att eliminera sekundär bearbetning och monteringsverksamhet.
