Jessica von Bredow-Werndl repeats GP win in the Lövsta Top 10 Dressage

Sweden International Horse Show gathers some of the world’s very best dressage riders for Lövsta Top 10 Dressage. The battle began with Grand Prix on Saturday, where last year’s winning pair Jessica von Bredow-Werndl and Tsf Dalera BB repeated the feat and snatched the victory. Nanna Skodborg Merrald achieved a personal best, which led to second place while Isabell Werth came third.
For Jessica von Bredow-Werndl, Sweden International Horse Show is a favourite show and the German dressage queen has secured several wins at Friends Arena the past few years. This year was no different and on Saturday she reached top spot in the Grand Prix with Tsf Dalera BB in the opening class of Lövsta Top 10 Dressage. The pair achieved 82.087 percent.
- I’m pretty happy with the test today, says the winner. - She was so powerful and that’s the best feeling in there, so eager and willing to perform.
Nanna Skodborg Merrald and Blue Hors Zepter showed the audience at Friends Arena an impressive ride and was awarded with a score of 80.000 percent which was a new personal record for the Danish rider and enough for a second place. In third place in this star-studded competition we find Isabell Werth from Germany with Emilio 107, who got a score of 78.717 percent.
Next up for the dressage stars is the Grand Prix Freestyle on Sunday. Last year Jessica von Bredow-Werndl won this class as well. - I don't like the word unbeatable because it has the word beaten in it, she says, but adds:- I don't feel unbeatable.
