Kommuninvest issues SEK 4.5 billion in Green Bond

Kommuninvest today raised another SEK 4.5 billion (USD 0.43 billion) in a Green Bond. This was the second green transaction this year. The bond is denominated in SEK and matures on the 18^th of June 2031.

The order book encompassed 21 investors, with a total interest of more than SEK 4.7 billion. The transaction was priced at 28 basis points above mid-swaps.

After this transaction, Kommuninvest has a total of over SEK 75 billion outstanding in 11 Green Bonds – 5 in SEK, 1 in USD and 5 in EUR.
