Kommuninvest issues SEK 4.75 billion in Green Bond

Kommuninvest today raised another SEK 4.75 billion (USD 0.5 billion) in an outstanding Green Bond. This was the first green transaction this year. The bond is denominated in SEK and matures on June 18, 2031.

The order book encompassed 19 investors, with a total interest of more than SEK 4.9 billion. The transaction was priced at 40 basis points above mid-swaps.
After this transaction, Kommuninvest has a total of over SEK 80 billion outstanding in 11 Green Bonds.
