YAMAHA MOTOR EUROPE REORGANISES ITS OPERATIONS IN THE NORDIC COUNTRIES

Yamaha Motor Europe (YME) announced today that it will integrate the managerial operations of its branch in Finland (YMFI) into the operations of the branches in Sweden, Denmark and Norway of Yamaha Motor Scandinavia (YMSC), which will operate under the new commercial name, Yamaha Motor Nordic (YMN).
This integration is anticipated within 2025, with the projection that YMN will be fully operational by January 2026.
Christopher Sjöblom – County Manager of YMSC – has been assigned to take over the role of Country Manager of YMFI, effective November 1, 2025.
The integration of YMFI into YMN is a strategic decision aimed at strengthening Yamaha’s operational efficiency, optimising resources, and ensuring long-term sustainability across our Nordic operations. The integration will allow to better align efforts, streamline processes, and respond more effectively to market demands.
The integration will not affect Yamaha dealers/partners who will be able to continue their daily business with YMFI as usual.
