SEB Private Equity becomes new owner partner of Multisoft Group

With an impressive history since its inception in 2000, Multisoft has built up a strong market position, with a turnover of approximately SEK 250 million and over 400 customers spread across several industries and geographies. The company has been named a “DI Gasell” on multiple occasions for its strong and sustained growth. Through the company's proprietary low-code platform, Softadmin®, the company enables its customers to build complex and customized systems significantly faster than with traditional software development, which is now also being enriched with AI capabilities. The result is shorter lead times, high flexibility and better conditions for working agile and close to the clients’ way of working.

Over the past five years, Multisoft has combined strong organic growth with strategic key acquisitions. This has strengthened the company's presence in Norway and broadened the customer offering to both existing and new customer segments. Today, the company is well equipped to take the next step in its growth journey with a strong team, a leading market position and a growing demand for customized software solutions in several customer segments. In parallel, Multisoft is investing in the continued integration of Enterprise AI into Softadmin®.
