More than 160 exclusive timepieces from some of the world’s most sought-after manufacturers went under the hammer during Friday’s The Fine Watches Sale. Particular pre-sale attention was directed toward the unique Heuer Carrera Homage to Mr. Ronnie “Superswede” Peterson in 18K gold — created by TAG Heuer as a one-of-one piece to honor the Swedish racing legend ahead of the 40th anniversary of his passing. After all bids were placed, the final price reached SEK 1 million.
