Omilia Secures $67 Million in Series B Funding to Accelerate Global Expansion of Its Agentic Self-Learning CX Platform for Large Enterprises
6.8.2026 14:00:00 CEST | Business Wire | Press Release
Omilia, the Self-Learning Agentic CX company trusted by many of the world's largest enterprises, today announced a $67 million Series B funding round led by transatlantic software & AI specialist, Expedition Growth Capital.
Omilia builds Agentic CX for the world's largest and most demanding enterprises – organizations often in regulated industries such as banking, insurance and healthcare, where security, scalability and cost predictability are non-negotiable. Its customers include Capital One, Discover, RBC, Taco Bell, DWP and PSEG. The company's voice-first AI platform, honed over more than 200 enterprise deployments, is built entirely on its own proprietary agentic Voice AI technology, and supports the most stringent enterprise security and compliance standards, including FedRAMP, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA and GDPR.
Omilia runs some of the largest agentic voice deployments in production today. These include a Tier 1 US bank handling well over 1 million calls per day, and one of the world's largest real-time agent-assist programs for a multinational US insurance company, handling over 600,000 calls per day. This scale is possible because Omilia's Voice AI is purpose-built for large-scale, enterprise voice interaction, and for the unstructured customer data behind every call. Owning the core of that stack, rather than orchestrating across third party components, is what allows Omilia to resolve 50,000+ concurrent voice interactions for a single client, whilst maintaining sub-second latency, predictable cost, and industry leading accuracy.
Since raising its Series A, Omilia has grown live annual recurring revenue (ARR) by more than 10x to over $60 million, without raising additional equity capital in the interim. Growth has most recently been driven by the launch of the company's Agentic Self-Learning CX platform, which dramatically reduces the time to go live for production-ready AI Agents, coupled with a transparent pricing model with zero token cost pass-through that allows enterprise customers to calculate ROI precisely from day one and avoid unexpected cost overruns. That predictability is a function of Omilia’s technology, not a pricing tactic: because Omilia runs its own purpose-built models rather than a thin client on top of a frontier LLM, cost does not scale with someone else's tokens.
That momentum has continued in 2026. In July, Omilia announced an expanded strategic agreement with Taco Bell, whose voice AI deployment with Omilia already spans 1,000+ US drive-thrus across 38 states, improving order times, order accuracy and staff retention. The company also launched Lexis, a generative text-to-speech (TTS) model designed specifically for enterprise contact centers and built natively into the Omilia platform. These each reflect the depth of Omilia’s domain expertise and its commitment to serving the most demanding customers with cutting edge capabilities that perform cost effectively at scale.
The new funding will support continued growth acceleration in North America and globally, including the opening of Omilia's first US office in the second half of 2026. The raise also follows a series of senior go-to-market appointments as the company scales its global commercial organization – Nick Delis as Chief Revenue Officer, Ryan Kam as Chief Marketing Officer, Armando Trivellato as EVP Latin America & Iberia, and Dave Ogden as VP Revenue Operations. These leaders bring decades of experience at companies including Five9, where together they played key roles in scaling ARR from $100 million to over $1 billion.
“Omilia has been growing strongly for many years, and that momentum is now accelerating, particularly in the US,” said Dimitris Vassos, CEO and Co-Founder at Omilia. “The Omilia Cloud Platform has become an essential foundation for our customers’ interactions with their millions of customers every day. Our game-changing Self-Learning CX Agents are setting a new standard in the contact center market. This funding will accelerate our distribution of this powerful capability to the many enterprise customers that are seeking a best-in-class AI platform for their contact center transformation.”
“Omilia has paired deep domain expertise with demonstrable product leadership to build a highly satisfied enterprise customer base,” said Oliver Thomas, Founder and Managing Partner, Expedition Growth Capital. “Omilia’s Self-Learning Agentic CX is delivering a step change in call containment and operational improvement, with glass-box auditability and cost predictability that is structurally difficult for other vendors to compete with. This is a world-class team and we are proud to be doubling down on our partnership.”
Omilia is recognized as a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Conversational AI Platforms for Customer Service, Q2 2026, which described the company as “a good fit for highly regulated or security-first organizations looking for a highly scalable voice-first platform” – and a Visionary in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Conversational AI Platforms.
Completion of the transaction is subject to customary conditions.
