HiQ, with 1,700 experts across Sweden, Finland, and Germany, has selected Cinode as its new platform for skills management and resource planning. The decision is part of HiQ’s strategy to streamline processes and establish a solid foundation for continued growth

HiQ is a tech consulting company that combines digital transformation with customized software solutions. Having previously invested in its own platform, HiQ has now chosen Cinode for its user-friendly, efficient solution with integrated AI. The aim is to simplify internal operations and enable scalable expansion.

– We are very excited to partner with Cinode in this important step. We look forward to implementing the platform and benefiting from its improvements, says Erik Tågmark, Group CIO at HiQ.

HiQ is focusing on growth through both organic development and acquisitions. Cinode supports this strategy by consolidating competencies, CVs, and resource planning into a single platform, thus unlocking significant value.

– Cinode understands our needs and has extensive experience helping consulting firms grow. Their integrations create seamless processes with our systems, and the built-in AI features further simplify our work,” Tågmark continues.

Cinode, with tens of thousands of users in over 25 countries, is a specialized platform that helps consulting firms become more efficient and profitable.

– We’re excited to welcome HiQ to the Cinode family. HiQ’s strong sales culture is impressive, and with our platform they can make data-driven decisions to match competence needs with availability and margins. We look forward to supporting their expansion in Europe, says Johan Haeger, Sales Executive at Cinode.
