- Technology and concepts for businesses operating with small teams
- Everything for the restaurant and hotel industry in one place, featuring innovations from many countries
Hamburg, 5 November 2026 - The 100th INTERNORGA will take place in Hamburg from 12 to 16 March 2027. The international leading trade show for hospitality and foodservice presents products, technology and concepts for restaurants, hotels, cafes, bakeries and canteens. The focus is on two issues affecting businesses in many European countries: staff shortages and rising costs.
Solutions for businesses with small teams
Since 1921, INTERNORGA has showcased how work in kitchens and service is evolving. Today, the aim is to ease the pressure on teams and simplify processes. Exhibitors present automated technology, digital solutions and concepts that enable businesses to operate economically even with limited staff. In the Kitchen & Technology area, examples include cooking robots that support kitchen teams. In 2027, visitors will find all digital solutions together in Hall A3.
Innovations from many countries, all in one place
In 2026, around one quarter of exhibitors came from outside Germany. Visitors to Hamburg can therefore experience innovations and trends from many countries, ranging from kitchen technology to new food and beverage concepts in the Future Food & Drinks area. At the same time, INTERNORGA is a one-stop shop for the restaurant and hotel industry: visitors will find food and beverages, furnishings and tabletop products, packaging and digital solutions. The audience is international, too: in 2026, trade visitors came from around 100 countries. For exhibitors, this means direct access to customers from all over the world. At the International Foodservice Forum, Sam Bompas of the London-based studio Bompas & Parr will be among those showing how businesses can create special experiences for their guests.

Frankfurt am Main, November 2026. Modelled on the French initiative “100 euros - 1 Picasso”, the campaign “100 euros - 1 Michelangelo figure of the 16th century” offers one donor the chance to receive a wooden figure of Pope Julius II. CEZ scientific analysis dates the wood to around 1500, aligning directly with Michelangelo’s era. All proceeds will be divided 50:50 between the Nobel Peace Prize laureate Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières) and the association. A comprehensive account of the artwork is published on michelangelo-lost-masterpiece.com. The figure represents Pope Julius II; while the famous bronze monument in Bologna was destroyed, the association views this surviving wooden bozzetto as the sole preserved sculptural record and one of the rarest wooden works attributed to Michelangelo. Worldwide participation is strictly ca

Flamingo-1: Germany’s First Space-Based SDA Telescope Delivers Commercial Space Surveillance and Tracking29.10.2026 10:22:14 CET | Press Release
Munich, October 29th, 2026 – Vyoma, a Germany-based company providing Space Domain Awareness (SDA) capabilities, has entered routine operations with its Flamingo-1 satellite. The satellite operates at a high duty cycle, continuously monitoring space objects, scouting for threats from low Earth orbit (LEO) to geostationary Earth orbit (GEO). The space-based image data generated by Flamingo-1 is further processed by Vyoma into products, services and intelligence in high demand among the SDA community and Vyoma’s customers to better understand the space domain from both a safety and a security perspective. The information is delivered to the company’s customers through the Vyoma Services Platform. Flamingo-1 operates both in surveillance and in tracking mode. In surveillance mode, the satellite continuously screens a large volume of space, setting it apart from ground-based optical systems that are idle during the day or when obstructed by bad weather. This high volume of data is ideal fo
