Den skapades i samarbete med Arkivverket i Finland.

Samlingen inkluderar församlingsregister (rippikirjat) och före-konfirmationsböcker (lastenkirjat) med börjar från 1657 och spänner över nästan 300 år. MyHeritage är den första organisationen att katalogisera denna samling. Användare har tillgång till samlingen via SuperSearchTM, MyHeritage globala sökmotor för historiska poster. Dessutom drar användare som laddar upp sina släktträd på MyHeritage omedelbart nytta av vår Record Matchnings teknologi som automatiskt visar på ny information avseende deras släktingar som finns bland posterna.
Poster från samlingen listas per hushåll och inkluderar familjens släktskap. Senare poster visar även födelsedagar och födelseplatser samt noteringar om äktenskap, dödsfall och flyttningar. Posterna kan också innehålla noteringar om en persons anseende och fysiskt utseende.
