Workforce Logiq sluter avtal med Svenska kraftnät om strategisk kompetensförsörjning
Workforce Logiq har skrivit avtal med Svenska kraftnät om att hantera en del av myndighetens inköp av konsulttjänster. Det betyder att Workforce Logiq kommer fungera som Svenska kraftnäts operativa inköpsfunktion för de konsultuppdrag som avropas via ramavtalet för konsultförmedling inom områdena IT, professionella tjänster som ekonomi, HR och kommunikation samt teknik. Svenska kraftnät köper årligen konsulttjänster för mellan 200 och 250 miljoner kronor via ramavtalet för konsultförmedling. Avtalet med Workforce Logiq löper på två år och sedan finns en option på förlängning i två tvåårsperioder, maximalt på sex år.
Bakgrunden till avtalet är att Svenska kraftnät önskar bygga upp en struktur för att hantera avrop av konsultuppdrag effektivt samt kunna nå ut till hela marknaden för att uppnå bästa konkurrens och kvalité. Processen för avrop via Workforce Logiq genomförs inom gällande lagar och förordningar samt hanteras via Workforce Logiqs systemlösning.
Samarbetet innebär att Svenska kraftnät får tillgång till Workforce Logiqs systemstöd för avrop av konsulter, Vendor Management System (VMS), för att konkurrensutsätta och hantera hundratals leverantörer och konsultkandidater. Beställare inom organisationen som har konsultbehov lägger in avropsförfrågningar direkt i systemet och får hjälp från kundteamet under hela avropsprocessen.
