Mannheimer Swartling Elects Five New Partners

The newly elected partners
Carolina Dackö is a member of Mannheimer Swartling's practice group Corporate Sustainability and Risk Management and is based in the firm's office in Gothenburg. She has 10 years of experience from working in Brussels, mainly at international law firms, and specializes in international trade law, including export control and sanctions.
Carolina joined the firm in 2016 and is a member of the Swedish Bar Association. She has an LL.M. degree from the University of Gothenburg.
Aron Skogman is a member of Mannheimer Swartling's Dispute Resolution practice group and is based in the firm's office in Malmö. He advises clients in all stages of a dispute – from the early case assessments and claim letters to settlement negotiations and proceedings before Swedish courts and Swedish and international arbitral tribunals.
Aron joined the firm in 2008 and is a member of the Swedish Bar Association. He has an LL.M. degree from the University of Lund.
Åsa Waller is a member of Mannheimer Swartling's Dispute Resolution practice group and is based in the firm's office in Stockholm. She has also previously worked in the firm's Hong Kong office. She advises clients in all stages of a dispute – from the early case assessments and claim letters to settlement negotiations and proceedings before Swedish courts and Swedish and international arbitral tribunals.
Åsa joined the firm in 2006 and is a member of the Swedish Bar Association. She has an LL.M. degree from the University of Lund.
Jakob Wijkander is a member of Mannheimer Swartling's Public M&A and Equity Capital Markets practice group and is based in the firms office in Malmö. He has also previously worked in the firm's New York office. Jakob specialises in securities law and works with all types of public transactions. Jakob also advises listed companies on corporate governance and information disclosure matters.
Jakob joined the firm in 2008 and is a member of the Swedish Bar Association. He has an LL.M. degree from the University of Lund.
Fredrik Sjövall is a member of Mannheimer Swartling's EU and Competition practice group. Fredrik advises clients in issues relating to merger control, cartels, abuse of a dominant position, state aid and public procurement.
Fredrik joined the firm in 2010 and is a member of the Swedish Bar Association. He has an LL.M. degree from the University of Lund.
