Mannheimer Swartling Elects Six New Partners

The newly elected partners
Camilla Appelgren will join Mannheimer Swartling's industry group Health Care and Life Science and will be based in the firm's Stockholm office. She has been practicing law for over 15 years and has been working at Swedish and international law firms. Camilla has vast experience within the fields of health care and life sciences, including the pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, veterinary and food industries. Camilla advices clients on a regular basis in e.g. contract negotiations, regulatory matters, licensing and health care compliance.
Camilla will join the firm in 2020. She is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and has an LL.M. degree and a B.Sc. in Business and Economics from the University of Lund.
Johan Berg is a member of Mannheimer Swartling's Public M&A and Equity Capital Markets practice group and is based in the firm's office in Stockholm. Johan specialises in securities law and works with all equity capital market transactions and public M&A. Johan also advises listed companies on corporate governance and information disclosure matters.
Johan joined the firm in 2009 and has an LL.M. degree from the University of Stockholm.
Anna Bryngelsson is a member of Mannheimer Swartling's Environment practice group and is based in the firm's office in Malmö. She advises clients in a wide range of environmental matters. Her practice includes advising clients in environmental permit applications and risk assessments in transactions. Anna joined the firm in 2012.
She is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and has an LL.M. degree from the University of Lund.
Henrik Dock is a member of Mannheimer Swartling's Mergers & Acquisitions practice group and is based in the firm's office in Stockholm. His practice includes advising on M&A transactions and structuring issues. He works with clients in a wide range of sectors and industries. Henrik joined the firm in 2011.
He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association. He has an LL.M. and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Uppsala.
Therese Jansson is a member of Mannheimer Swartling's Banking and Finance practice group and is based in the firm's Stockholm office. Therese practices banking and finance law in a broad sense, with a specific focus on regulatory matters – including business and supervisory issues for banks and other financial institutions – as well as various types of structured financing. Therese joined the firm in 2010.
She is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and has an LL.M. degree from the University of Lund.
